  1. Oversee the cash and working capital operations for Mars Incorporated globally.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital efficiency.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Manage the company's financial resources and ensure funds are allocated effectively.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals and objectives are aligned with overall business objectives.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Accounting, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cash Management Principles And Working Capital Management.
