- Lead the implementation of the new finance ERP system across all business units and regions of Mars, Incorporated.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resources, and milestones, to ensure the successful implementation of the new finance ERP system.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance leaders and IT teams, to understand business needs and requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the new finance ERP system and minimize disruption to business operations.
- Lead a team of finance and IT professionals in the design, configuration, and testing of the new finance ERP system.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify and address any issues or roadblocks, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure all users are proficient in using the new finance ERP system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners involved in the ERP implementation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the ERP transformation process.

Extensive Experience In Finance And Accounting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Finance And Accounting, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role. This Includes Experience In Managing Financial Processes, Implementing Financial Systems, And Driving Financial Strategy.
Expertise In Erp Systems: The Finance Erp Transformation Director Will Be Responsible For Leading The Implementation Of A New Erp System At Mars, Inc. Therefore, They Should Have In-Depth Knowledge And Experience Working With Various Erp Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Microsoft Dynamics.
Project Management Skills: This Role Requires Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Complex Financial Transformation Projects. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Erp Implementations And Driving Business Process Improvements.
