- Analyze current ERP processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement digital controls to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ERP implementation.
- Provide ongoing support and training to drive adoption and usage of ERP systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ERP technology.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with ERP systems and propose solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes and controls.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with digital controls and regulations.
- Work with vendors and external consultants to implement new ERP functionalities.
- Train end-users on ERP processes and new digital controls.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of ERP systems with other applications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate ERP processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct user acceptance testing for new ERP features and functionalities.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Supporting Erp Systems, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Consumer Goods Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Erp Systems, Processes, And Technologies, With Experience In Sap Or Oracle Preferred.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Java, And Python, With The Ability To Write And Execute Complex Sql Queries.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Propose Solutions.
