1. Lead the development and implementation of enterprise applications and analytics portfolio strategy, in alignment with business objectives.
2. Oversee the project management process for all applications and analytics initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and define project scope and requirements.
4. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all initiatives within the portfolio.
5. Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
6. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
7. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, and provide recommendations for course correction as needed.
8. Lead the development and maintenance of the PMO framework for the enterprise applications and analytics portfolio.
9. Coach and mentor project managers and other team members to ensure adherence to project management best practices.
