  11. Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to develop their skills and knowledge in data analytics.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide sustainability initiatives.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our data capabilities and sustainability efforts.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in data analytics.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In A Consumer Goods Or Retail Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills, Including Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Data Visualization Tools.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Leading Projects, With A Track Record Of Delivering Actionable Insights And Recommendations.

  • Knowledge Of Industry-Specific Analytics Tools And Techniques, Such As Market Basket Analysis And Customer Segmentation.
