- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and digital properties strategy for Mars, Incorporated, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the digital landscape, and proactively identify new opportunities for Mars to engage with consumers and enhance our brand presence.
- Lead a team of social media and digital experts, providing clear direction, guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of our strategy.

Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Social Media And Digital Marketing Strategy, Ideally In A Corporate Or Agency Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Social And Digital Campaigns, With Tangible Results In Terms Of Engagement, Reach, And Roi.
Strong Understanding Of Emerging Social And Digital Trends And Ability To Incorporate Them Into Overall Brand Strategy.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field. Advanced Degree Or Certifications In Digital Marketing Or Social Media Preferred.
