
Director, M&M’S Retail Marketing & Experience
Mars, Incorporated is looking for a forward-thinking, innovative Director, M&M’S Retail Marketing & Experience to join our team. As the leader of the M&M’S Retail Marketing & Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class marketing and experiences that drive growth and loyalty among our consumers.We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for marketing and experience design, who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that target consumers and drive sales. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a track record of success in developing and executing retail marketing initiatives.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in marketing and experience design. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of retail marketing and consumer insights, as well as a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
