  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital merchandising strategy for Mars Incorporated, in line with the company's mission and goals.
  2. Utilize e-commerce platforms and tools to enhance the online shopping experience and drive sales for Mars' products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure that the digital merchandising strategy aligns with overall business objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze online sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  5. Create visually appealing and engaging product displays on the company's website and other digital channels.
  6. Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital merchandising, and make recommendations for implementation.
  7. Ensure all product information, images, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date on all digital platforms.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and increase online sales.
  9. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize the digital merchandising strategy and drive conversion rates.
  10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital merchandising, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  11. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital technologies and platforms, and make recommendations for their integration in the company's digital merchandising strategy.
  12. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for digital merchandising, including brand identity and messaging.
  13. Train and support other team members on digital merchandising best practices.
  14. Represent Mars Incorporated in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with external partners and vendors.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
