Job Description

Owns the activation component of our growth marketing agenda, reporting on spend, ROI, and ultimately delivering findings/recommendations to the DTC team. Owner of all search/media/activation budget. Collaborates closely with Value Proposition Managers, CRM manager, agency partner and marketing teams to appropriately forecast, track, and execute our activations. Identify and synthesize performance insights, using quantitative and qualitative data to inform opportunities in partnership with Insights team. Responsible for the execution of test & learns as well as implementation of new advertising capabilities. Owns our agency and internal advertising team relationships. Present compelling selling stories and solutions to internal and external customers to build support and consensus.

Job Qualifications
  • Min. 3-5 years performance media experience including FB/Instagram, Google

  • Experience within either a rapid growth start up, global consumer goods/retailer with a successful DTC practice

  • Demonstrated ability to oversee dynamic budget and frequent optimizations

Compensation
