- Develop and implement data strategies and analytics processes to support commercial decision-making and drive business growth.
- Lead the analysis and interpretation of large and complex data sets to identify key trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy and drive commercial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to identify data needs and develop solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.
- Design and develop data models and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Manage and maintain databases and data warehouses, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of data and analytics processes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data and analytics, and proactively identify and implement new methodologies and technologies to enhance data capabilities.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for data management, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data and analytics initiatives align with business objectives.
- Uphold data security and confidentiality policies and procedures to protect sensitive information.
Extensive Experience In Data Analysis And Manipulation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Data Analysis And Manipulation, With A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Tools And Techniques Such As Sql, Python, And Data Visualization Tools.
Strong Commercial Acumen: The Data & Analytics Lead Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Commercial Landscape And Key Business Drivers, In Order To Effectively Identify And Analyze Relevant Data For Business Insights And Decision Making.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Involves Leading A Team Of Data Analysts And Scientists, Therefore The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills To Effectively Drive And Motivate The Team Towards Achieving Business Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Data & Analytics Lead Will Be Responsible For Communicating Complex Data Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders, Therefore Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
