Job Description

Welcome to Mars Incorporated! We are a leading global manufacturer of confectionery, pet food, and other food products. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Core PLM Technical Senior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and has a strong understanding of PLM processes.   1. Provide technical support for the company's PLM system, ensuring its proper functioning and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their PLM needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
  3. Develop and maintain PLM system configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  4. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize functionality.
  5. Train and educate users on PLM system features and best practices, ensuring proper utilization and adoption.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in PLM technology, making recommendations for potential system upgrades or enhancements.
  7. Work closely with IT and other technical teams to ensure data integrity and system security.
  8. Participate in the planning and execution of PLM system upgrades and updates.
  9. Document and maintain technical specifications and user guides for the PLM system.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to management on PLM system performance and user adoption.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Plm Implementation And Support, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Plm Systems And Processes, Including Product Data Management, Change Management, And Release Management.

  • Experience With Software Development Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile And Jira.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
