1. Develop and implement communication strategies for Mars Incorporated's global operations.
2. Oversee and manage all translation processes and ensure accuracy and consistency across all languages.
3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure effective communication and messaging for all company initiatives.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication and translation to continually improve and innovate our strategies.
5. Foster cross-cultural understanding and sensitivity within the company through effective communication.
6. Manage and train a team of translators to ensure high-quality translations for all company materials.
7. Monitor and analyze communication and translation metrics to measure the success of our strategies and make necessary improvements.
8. Act as a liaison between different international offices to ensure clear and effective communication.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with external translation and communication partners.
10. Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all languages.
11. Stay updated on relevant cultural and linguistic nuances to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations.
12. Develop and manage budgets for communication and translation projects.
13. Identify and resolve any communication or translation issues that may arise.
14. Represent Mars Incorporated at external events and conferences related to communication and translation.
15. Lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives in a fast-paced, global environment.
