  1. Develop technology strategies: The Commercial (Procurement) Technology Senior Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies that align with the company's overall procurement goals and objectives.
  2. Implement new technology solutions: This role will be responsible for researching, evaluating, and implementing new technology solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement operations.
  3. Drive innovation: The Senior Lead will be responsible for identifying opportunities for innovation in our commercial processes and leveraging technology to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Manage technology projects: This role will oversee all technology projects related to procurement, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary requirements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Senior Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and develop solutions that meet the needs of various departments within the company.
  6. Train and support team members: This role will be responsible for training and supporting team members on the use of new technology systems and processes.
  7. Monitor and analyze data: The Senior Lead will use technology to monitor and analyze data related to procurement operations, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.
  8. Ensure compliance: This role will ensure that all technology systems and processes are compliant with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Procurement And/Or Technology Leadership Roles

  • Strong Understanding Of Commercial Procurement Processes And Strategies

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Technology Projects And Initiatives

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
