  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability for all product lines within Mars, Incorporated.
  2. Oversee and optimize commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
  4. Monitor market trends and competition to inform decision-making and identify new business opportunities.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of commercial operations professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and growth.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers.
  7. Analyze sales data and financial reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.

  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as R&D, to develop and launch new products and initiatives.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform commercial operations strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Marketing, Or Business Development In The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
