- Develop and implement strategies to integrate commercial functions and processes within the source-to-pay (S2P) framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiencies within the S2P process.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of S2P projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for S2P initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze S2P performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular training and communication sessions to educate and engage employees in S2P processes and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in S2P to continually enhance and optimize processes.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to S2P processes and escalate as necessary.
- Act as a change agent by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the S2P function.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement new technologies that support S2P integration and automation.
- Develop and manage S2P budgets and ensure cost optimization.
- Provide regular updates and reports on S2P performance, projects, and initiatives to senior management.
- Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert for S2P processes and best practices within the organization.
- Represent Mars Incorporated as a thought leader and advocate for sustainable growth and impact in the pet care industry.
- Embrace and promote the company's mission and values in all aspects of the role.
Experience In Supply Chain Management: The Commercial Integration Lead Should Have A Strong Background In Supply Chain Management, With A Deep Understanding Of Sourcing, Procurement, And Logistics Processes.
Knowledge Of Procurement Systems: A Strong Understanding Of Procurement Systems, Such As Sap Ariba, Coupa, Or Oracle, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Leverage These Systems To Drive Efficiency And Effectiveness In The Procurement Process.
Project Management Skills: As A Lead Role, The Commercial Integration Lead Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills To Effectively Manage And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams And Initiatives. They Should Have Experience In Developing Project Plans, Managing Budgets, And Delivering Results Within Tight Timelines.
Strong Communication And Influencing Skills: The Commercial Integration Lead Will Be Responsible For Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Including Suppliers, Internal Teams, And Senior Management. Excellent Communication And Influencing Skills Are Needed To Build Strong Relationships And Drive Alignment Across All Parties.
Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Leading Teams And Managing People. They Should Have A Track Record Of Developing And Coaching Team Members To Achieve Their Full Potential.
