  1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives to align with the company's overall goals and values.
  2. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sustainable sourcing and environmental impact mitigation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution.
  4. Work closely with suppliers to establish and maintain sustainable sourcing practices, including responsible sourcing certifications and audits.
  5. Monitor and assess the environmental impact of the company's operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Create and track key performance indicators to measure the success of sustainability efforts and report progress to senior management.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders on sustainable sourcing and environmental impact reduction.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners to further the company's sustainability goals and initiatives.
  9. Stay informed of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to sustainability and ensure compliance.
  10. Continuously improve and innovate sustainability strategies and processes to drive continuous improvement and meet changing business needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sustainable Sourcing, Preferably In The Food Or Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Climate Change And Sustainability Issues, Including Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Water Usage, And Sustainable Sourcing Practices.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Sustainability Strategies And Initiatives, With A Track Record Of Driving Measurable Results.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders To Drive Change And Promote Sustainability Within The Organization.
