- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and market trends in the North America region.
- Utilize data-driven and analytical thinking to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market share, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop category strategies and plans that align with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations and insights.
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of category strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct forecasting and budgeting analysis to support decision-making and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to gather and analyze data for market research and analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers and distributors to gain insights into market trends and consumer behavior.
- Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
- Continuously review and improve processes and methodologies for data analysis and reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Category Management Or Market Research, Preferably In The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Provide Actionable Insights.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Software, Such As Nielsen Or Iri.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
