- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems and industry trends to inform company strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess healthcare needs of employees and consumers.
- Utilize knowledge management tools and techniques to organize, analyze, and disseminate healthcare information and resources.
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees on healthcare topics, including benefits, wellness, and disease management.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues regarding healthcare policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare programs and make recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Stay current on industry developments and advancements in healthcare technology to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with external healthcare partners and vendors to support the company's healthcare objectives.
- Communicate and promote healthcare initiatives and resources to employees and consumers through various channels.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by providing resources and opportunities for employees to improve their healthcare knowledge and understanding.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Monitor and analyze healthcare data and metrics to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide healthcare policies and procedures.

- Act as a brand ambassador for Mars Incorporated and represent the company's values and mission in all interactions.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Nursing.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Or Related Industry, With Previous Experience In Knowledge Management Preferred.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data And Information.
Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively Across Departments And Lead A Team.
