AV Site IT Lead

We’re looking for an experienced AV Site IT Lead to join the team at Mars Incorporated. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our audio-visual systems across multiple sites. You’ll be the go-to person for all technology-related matters, so you’ll need to have a broad range of experience in the AV field.The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent customer service. You should also possess an understanding of current and emerging AV technologies, as well as the ability to manage projects across multiple sites. 6. Develop and implement AV policies and procedures.
7. Monitor AV system performance and make necessary adjustments.
8. Prepare reports on AV system performance and usage.
9. Identify and resolve AV system issues.
10. Work with vendors and suppliers to procure AV equipment and services.
