AV Site IT Lead

Mars, Incorporated is looking for a motivated and experienced AV Site IT Lead to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is knowledgeable in audio-visual technology and is committed to providing outstanding IT support. As the AV Site IT Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the audio-visual technology at our site. Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure efficient and effective delivery of audio-visual services, while providing excellent customer service to our internal and external customers.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. You must also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers, will be key to your success in this role.
