Studio Operations Specialist

Marni is looking for an energetic and organized Studio Operations Specialist to join our creative team and help keep our studio running smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively managing the day-to-day operations of our studio: coordinating photo shoots, managing our equipment, and ensuring that our production processes are running efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate photo shoots and manage equipment for studio operations.
2. Monitor and ensure production processes are running efficiently and effectively.
3. Proactively manage day-to-day operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
4. Create and maintain accurate records of all studio operations.
5. Foster strong communication between studio staff and external partners.
6. Provide support to the creative team with tasks such as researching, filing, and scheduling.
7. Monitor inventory of studio supplies and equipment and order necessary items.
8. Develop and implement systems and procedures for efficient studio operations.
9. Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
10. Assist with special projects as needed.
