ERP Software Specialist - Sales & Distribution

The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing the full suite of Marni’s Sales & Distribution ERP modules. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established enterprise software provider and make a real difference to our fast-growing business.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in enterprise software deployment and configuration, a proven track record of success in ERP software management, and a strong understanding of Sales & Distribution processes. They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Deploy, configure, and manage the full suite of Marni’s Sales & Distribution ERP modules.
2. Analyze and optimize Sales & Distribution processes.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
4. Implement and maintain software upgrades.
5. Work with other departments to ensure software integration and compatibility.
6. Participate in system testing and debugging.
7. Monitor system performance and security.
8. Provide technical support and training to users.
9. Maintain accurate records of software configuration and changes.
10. Develop and document procedures for using the software.
