Responsibilities for Sales Associate:

  1. Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Build relationships with customers to drive sales.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
  4. Assist customers in selecting the best products for their needs.
  5. Help maintain the store’s visual appearance by displaying merchandise in an organized and attractive manner.
  6. Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
  7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed of upcoming fashion trends.
  8. Maintain accurate records and inventory of products.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  10. Participate in team meetings and other events as needed.
