Property Maintenance Manager
- One of our clients is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to assist them. Minor building maintenance
- Lot maintenance (leaves, trash, etc)
- Basic landscaping
- Light duty cleaning
- On site emergencies
- Assisting with hiring and overseeing trades for larger repairs
- Complete and turn in Monthly Inspection Reports
Able to work flexible hours depending upon the business needs
3+ years of related experience
Must have flexible hour availability and ability to complete all of the tasks listed above.
