Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join the team at MANGO. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong sense of responsibility.We’re looking for a candidate who has excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to think and act quickly in order to meet deadlines. A solid understanding of warehouse management systems and experience in a similar role is essential.The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player and will demonstrate an unwavering commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distributions.
  2. Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  3. Monitor warehouse performance, ensuring that quality standards are met and safety regulations are followed.
  4. Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working order.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor stock levels and order materials and equipment as needed.
  7. Liaise with other departments to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time.
  8. Ensure that all warehouse staff are adequately trained and have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
  9. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
