Warehouse Supervisor

At MANGO, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing operations in our warehouse and ensuring the safe and efficient handling of products.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, be a great communicator, and have strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee warehouse operations, setting goals and objectives for team members.
2. Supervise the safe and efficient handling of products and materials.
3. Monitor and report on inventory levels and stock accuracy.
4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers.
5. Ensure all safety protocols are being followed and regulatory compliance is being met.
6. Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
7. Train and mentor warehouse staff.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the warehouse.
9. Manage and track costs related to warehouse operations.
10. Monitor staff performance and ensure productivity targets are met.
