We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our MANGO team! You should also possess excellent communication and organizational abilities.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field• 3+ years of retail management experience• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team• Knowledge of retail operations, customer service, and merchandising• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and organizational abilities• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment• Flexible schedule and availability to work nights and weekendsIf you think you have what it takes to join the MANGO team as our Store Manager, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all store operations, including customer service, merchandising, and sales goals • Lead and motivate store team to ensure a positive and productive working environment • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability • Monitor and analyze store performance and recommend changes for improvement • Create and monitor store budgets and ensure costs are kept within limits • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers • Ensure store policies and procedures are followed and maintained • Ensure the store is well-stocked and adequately staffed • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner • Monitor store security and safety measures

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Store Manager in Athens, Greece is €1,400 to €2,200 per month. This range may vary depending on the size of the store and the experience of the individual. Additional benefits such as bonuses or stock options may also be offered.
