Job Description

At MANGO, we are looking for a Store Manager who is passionate about customer service and delivering memorable shopping experiences. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has an eye for detail, and is motivated to lead and develop their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of retail experience and a proven record of managing operations, exceeding sales goals, and delivering excellent customer service. We are seeking an individual who loves fashion and is motivated to help our customers look and feel their best.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise, motivate, and mentor store associates.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
  3. Monitor store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is ordered to meet customer needs.
  6. Manage store budget and optimize expense control.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  8. Maintain store appearance to ensure compliance with company standards.
  9. Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to address customer needs.
  10. Train and evaluate staff performance on a regular basis.
