Job Description

At MANGO, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our mission of creating and promoting high-quality, trend-setting apparel. The ideal candidate should have a passion for engaging with our customers and community in a personal way, as well as a proven track record of successful social media campaigns.We’re seeking someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the latest social media trends and platforms, as well as a thorough grasp of the marketing and advertising strategies necessary to drive engagement. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement successful social media campaigns to help promote MANGO apparel and increase customer engagement.
  2. Keep up to date with the latest trends in social media and advertising and utilize them in campaigns.
  3. Create, curate, and manage content for all social media platforms.
  4. Monitor and analyze the performance of all campaigns and optimize them for better results.
  5. Track and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  6. Engage with customers and the MANGO community in a positive and professional manner.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the success of campaigns.
  8. Stay up to date with changes to all social media platforms and ensure compliance.
  9. Identify influencers and create partnerships with them to help increase brand visibility.
  10. Provide creative ideas and strategies to help drive customer engagement.
