Procurement Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at MANGO in a full-time capacity. This individual will be responsible for providing support and expertise in the sourcing, procurement, and vendor management processes.The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with people from diverse backgrounds. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize.To be successful in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:

1. Support sourcing, procurement, and vendor management processes.
2. Self-manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Communicate and liaise with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
4. Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
5. Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities.
6. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
7. Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
8. Develop and maintain a database of suppliers and vendors.
9. Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
10. Ensure cost savings initiatives are implemented.
11. Use ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and procurement software.
