Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at MANGO. If you’re excited about taking ownership of the purchasing process, negotiating supplier contracts, and managing relationships with vendors, then this is the role for you. We want someone who is passionate about delivering results and is able to think strategically to ensure maximum value for our organization.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field. Previous experience working as a Procurement Specialist or similar role is preferred. You should also have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should have a proven track record of successfully negotiating supplier agreements and be able to effectively manage relationships with both external vendors and internal stakeholders. If you have a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the entire purchasing process, including identifying potential vendors, negotiating supplier contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to maximize value for the organization.
  3. Research and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies.
  4. Prepare purchase orders, quotes, and other documents related to the procurement process.
  5. Monitor supplier performance to ensure that service levels and contractual agreements are met.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  7. Stay current on market prices and industry developments.
  8. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and other relevant documents.
  9. Handle confidential and sensitive information.
  10. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
