Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Loss Prevention Officer to join the MANGO team. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and protecting the company's assets as well as providing a safe environment for customers and employees.To be successful in this role, you must have a proven record of experience in a similar role, a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills. You must also be able to think quickly and respond appropriately to any potential security threats. Additionally, you should have excellent customer service skills, as well as a strong understanding of the company’s products and processes.If you are an experienced Loss Prevention Officer looking to make an impact in a dynamic and exciting company, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities for a Loss Prevention Officer:

• Monitor and protect company assets, including cash, merchandise, and other items • Investigate potential security threats and address accordingly • Utilize surveillance equipment such as cameras, alarms, and locks, to monitor and protect the company’s assets • Maintain safety standards within the store and create a safe environment for customers and employees • Provide excellent customer service to customers and employees • Assist with investigating any theft or fraud cases • Ensure all company processes are followed • Provide training to employees on store security procedures • Maintain records of all security-related incidents • Develop and implement strategies to prevent theft and fraud

Compensation
