Loss Prevention Officer

MANGO is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Officer to join our team! As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will ensure our store is safe and secure from theft and vandalism. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about protecting our customers, colleagues, and products.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field. You must also have exceptional observation, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store activity for potential theft and vandalism.
2. Investigate suspicious activity and complaints from customers and colleagues.
3. Ensure all customers and colleagues are treated with respect and fairness.
4. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
5. Respond promptly to any emergency situations.
6. Utilize surveillance and other security equipment to monitor activity.
7. Record incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
8. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies.
9. Collaborate with store management to identify areas of improvement.
10. Maintain valid guard card and all other necessary certifications.
