3. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and customers to ensure smooth operations.
4. Oversee the inventory control process, including accurate tracking of inventory levels and timely ordering of new supplies.
5. Monitor and adjust shipping costs and routes to ensure cost-effectiveness.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping and delivery process.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
8. Provide timely and accurate reports on shipping and logistics operations.
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
10. Assist with any other tasks and duties as required.
