HR Generalist

Our ideal HR Generalist is a detail-oriented, organized self-starter with excellent communication skills.The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources and be knowledgeable in all HR related topics. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field is preferred. The HR Generalist should be a confident problem-solver with a knack for finding creative solutions. Responsibilities: • Manage all HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to managers and employees • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry into HR systems • Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture • Build relationships with external organizations to help recruit and retain top talent • Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement • Assist in resolving complex employee relations issues • Handle all employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
