At MANGO, we are looking for a talented and passionate Fashion Designer to join our dynamic and growing team.We are seeking an individual with a strong eye for detail and a keen understanding of fashion trends who can help us create beautiful and innovative designs for our products. The ideal candidate should have an impressive portfolio of past projects and demonstrate a sound understanding of the design process from concept to execution.We’re looking for someone who is not only creative but also organized and motivated and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in the fashion industry and knowledge of manufacturing processes are a plus. Responsibilities:

• Design fashionable apparel, accessories, and other products that align with MANGO's brand aesthetic

• Generate innovative design concepts and develop them into tangible product designs

• Research fashion trends and market insights to inform creative direction

• Manage the design process from concept to execution

• Ensure quality and accuracy of all designs

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure designs meet product requirements

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry trends

• Ensure designs are completed on time and within budget

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members from various departments
