Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at MANGO. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business opportunities and ensuring a successful ongoing relationship with our clients. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to client challenges.To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized, have a strong technical background, and be comfortable working with executives and colleagues from different departments. Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  2. Establish and maintain successful ongoing relationships with current clients.
  3. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with executives and colleagues from different departments.
  4. Develop creative solutions to address client challenges.
  5. Remain organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
  7. Develop strategic plans to increase client engagement and customer satisfaction.
  8. Establish and enforce company policies and procedures related to business development.
  9. Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify areas of improvement.
  10. Prepare detailed reports on business development activities.
