Reporting to the Store Manager, this individual will be responsible for providing support to the store team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively, and maintaining the highest customer service standards.The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about customer service and has a flair for fashion. They must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a natural ability to lead and motivate a team, and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans. Responsibilities:

1. Assist Store Manager in providing support to store team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
2. Maintain highest customer service standards.
3. Manage and motivate store team members.
4. Develop and implement strategic plans.
5. Monitor store sales performance and take corrective action as needed.
6. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
7. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
8. Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Resolve conflicts between store team members and customers.
10. Ensure store is clean and organized at all times.
