Assistant Store Manager

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store. Responsibilities:

1. Working with the Store Manager to ensure store sales targets are met.
2. Training, motivating, and leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Monitoring and analyzing store performance and sales metrics.
4. Managing the store budget and controlling expenses.
5. Developing and monitoring store policies and procedures.
6. Ensuring store visual merchandising standards are maintained.
7. Monitoring stock levels and ordering new merchandise as needed.
8. Resolving customer complaints and issues.
9. Scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll.
10. Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
