Visual Associate

This individual will be responsible for creating an inspiring and inviting shopping experience through visual merchandising. The Visual Associate must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine interest in the Madewell brand. Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing displays and store layouts that reflect the Madewell brand and current fashion trends

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide a positive shopping experience for customers

• Ensure neat and organized store appearance at all times

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations

• Re-merchandise displays and merchandise products as needed

• Communicate with store management and other staff members to ensure store operations are running smoothly

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and complete inventory management tasks as needed

• Assist with store opening and closing tasks

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
