We’re looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and can create unique, eye-catching displays. The Visual Associate should be able to collaborate with others and work effectively independently, as well as possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.We’re seeking an individual who is knowledgeable about the Madewell brand and its aesthetic and can effectively represent it through visual merchandising. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is excited to bring their creative flair to the Madewell shop in order to create a unique shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: -Develop creative and visually appealing displays that reflect the Madewell brand aesthetic -Collaborate with others to ensure that visual merchandising displays are accurate and on-brand -Ensure that displays are well-stocked and organized in a timely manner -Monitor the condition of the shop and keep it clean and tidy -Provide customers with assistance in finding items and styling looks -Stay current on fashion trends and Madewell product offerings -Work closely with the store manager and other associates to ensure a smooth customer experience
