Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Advise customers on product selection and answer any questions they may have
3. Maintain knowledge of current product lines, promotions, and pricing
4. Process sales transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance the register at the end of shifts
5. Keep the store shelves stocked and organized
6. Assist in setting up displays and promotional materials
7. Follow all company policies and procedures
8. Assist in training and orienting new sales associates
