Associate Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of retail associates
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to customers
• Manage day-to-day operations of the store
• Monitor and review sales performance and set goals
• Oversee inventory and ordering of products
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
• Ensure the store is properly staffed and scheduled
• Monitor store compliance with company policies and procedures
• Address customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
