Associate Manager

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage the Madewell team to ensure successful performance and customer satisfaction -Develop and maintain a customer-focused approach to the role -Ensure excellent interpersonal and communication skills are maintained -Maintain a thorough knowledge of fashion trends and provide styling and merchandising advice -Manage and oversee all retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management -Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase sales -Conduct regular staff training and development to ensure employees are up to date on the latest fashion trends and customer service techniques -Evaluate performance of team members and provide feedback and coaching -Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take necessary action to ensure customer satisfaction -Support the store manager in developing plans and budgets for the store
