As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of sales associates, while providing exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of retail management experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and be able to effectively manage a team of diverse individuals. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales associates
• Maintain a positive environment in the store
• Monitor and evaluate team performance
• Manage store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new associates
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization
• Implement new strategies and processes to improve store operations
• Address customer complaints and other issues in a timely manner
• Support store initiatives and promotions
• Handle inventory management and ordering of new products
