Job Description

Madewell is looking for a motivated and highly organized Assistant Manager to join our team! We’re looking for someone who can work collaboratively with our team and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for fashion. This role requires a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once. Responsibilites:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Work collaboratively with other team members
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills
  • Work to resolve customer issues and complaints
