Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the Madewell team at our store in [location]. As the Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key member of our leadership team, helping to drive sales, foster a positive customer experience, and lead by example. You’ll need to demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and an unwavering commitment to customer service.You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a management role.   6. Manage daily operations, including scheduling, cash management, and HR tasks.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales.
  8. Conduct regular store visits and audits.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  10. Assist with the hiring and training of new store staff.
