Keyholder

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Keyholder to join the MAC Cosmetics team! This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a creative eye, excellent customer service, and a drive to succeed. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of customer service, providing product knowledge and demonstrating exemplary leadership and sales skills.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in customer service and retail, and experience in leading a team and fulfilling Keyholder responsibilities. Additionally, we are seeking individuals who are passionate about beauty and cosmetics, and have an impressive knowledge of our product line. You must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Above all, we are looking for individuals who are energetic and eager to create a fun and inviting atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Uphold the highest standards of customer service.
2. Provide product knowledge and demonstrate exemplary leadership and sales skills.
3. Lead and motivate a team of employees.
4. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
5. Perform Keyholder responsibilities, such as opening/closing the store, managing the shift schedule, and monitoring the cash register.
6. Ensure store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
7. Demonstrate a passion for beauty and cosmetics.
8. Maintain an impressive knowledge of the MAC Cosmetics product line.
9. Work with minimal supervision.
10. Create a fun and inviting atmosphere for customers.
