Keyholder

We at MAC Cosmetics are looking for a dynamic Keyholder to join our team! As a Keyholder, you will be a core member of the store team, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing a high-level of support to the Store Manager. Our ideal candidate has a passion for beauty and fashion, an outgoing and friendly personality, and a commitment to excellence.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' work experience in a retail environment, and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, you must have a valid driver's license and a flexible work schedule. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and problem solve with a can-do attitude. Responsibilities:

1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers
2. Assist the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store
3. Achieve sales targets by actively engaging in sales activities, providing product information, and making appropriate product recommendations
4. Ensure store is compliant with all brand standards
5. Open and close the store in accordance with company policies
6. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels
7. Train, motivate, and develop team members to ensure the highest level of customer service
8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers
9. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
10. Maintain a clean and organized store environment
