Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service in order to maximize sales and profits.
2. Maintain knowledge of the cosmetic industry and products.
3. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
4. Remain calm under pressure and handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
5. Monitor stock levels and restock shelves as needed.
6. Assist in the training and development of new staff.
7. Ensure store policies and procedures are adhered to.
